How much sport do you do in a week ? And for how long :D
If you count dancing a sport, then at least an hour a day. If not, then nothing. I'm lazy.
Half Hour.... to 45 minutes
I do mma training like 3 hours a week...muay thai about 3 hours a week...I train people in boxing about 4 hours a week and I do boxing myself about 5-6 hours a week.
30 to 40 minutes running 4 days a week. And 15 to 30 minutes, 5 or 6 days working out at home, with this and other apps, using dumbbells and a Swiss ball
3 to 4 training days a week. With 3 times a week weightlifting and the optional fourth day i try to get creative. This can be boxing a grappling training or a long bike ride or even sprints. Trying to mix it upp to not get bored.
Basketball and soccer. I try to play bout 2 hour each. soccer twice a week and basketball three time a week
