Had to stay stronger then the lineman across from me. Nothing like breaking a block and making the tackle. Now its become a habit to stay in shape

At first it was to get my old body back after pregnancy. After realizing how easy it was for me, I wanted to improve on it. No matter how many times I have tried working out, I get tired of it after 2 weeks. This time tho, I am addicted to the burn and dont want to stop!

At first it was to sign up for American Ninja Warrior in two years. But now I just love exercising. And if I get lazy I use it for motivation.

My grandfather is 80 and still plays keep away with the kids in the family! He also kept up with me on the ski hills till he was in his 80s and I'm pretty fast on the board. I hope I'm like that. The injurys I received over seas in the army made it hard but I over came it and now compete in triatholons tough mudder all kinda of crazy shit.

The echo of past generations  who believed impossible was possible allowing us to enjoy it, and echo more to those who don't believe

Started to make myself healthy. The thing that keeps me goin is imagining my goal body. I've grown to love working out. Now it's more fun than it is work because I know it's helping me achieve my goal :)

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure 4 years ago.  That was a big wake up call to start training and improve my diet.  My blood pressure is now back down to normal and my motivation is to keep it that way. I also enjoy keeping in shape, so why give up something I like?  The occasional compliment on my physique gives me a big thrill, especially as I am 54 years old!

My kids, I want to show them a healthy life. So if they see me exercising, being active playing sports outdoor, it will motivate them to be active and keep us all motivated and healthy.

I started because I wanted to be fit. I wanted to where all those cute clothes and run and not get tired. I continue because I still haven't reached my goal but I have gotten closer and now when I don't exercise I feel lazy.

Started losing weight by cutting back and walking. Now what keeps me motivated is wanting to get rid of the jiggly. And of course been healthy for me and my son.

Just to feel good and be able to look in the mirror and be happy with myself that's what motivates me!
