At first it was to sign up for American Ninja Warrior in two years. But now I just love exercising. And if I get lazy I use it for motivation.
My grandfather he always took his health serious. So I guess his values rubbed off on me. Plus he was(or) is a amazing man so I strive to be some what like him
I guess because I got jealous of a girl that my ex dated but now I dont care Ahaha dumb
The echo of past generations who believed impossible was possible allowing us to enjoy it, and echo more to those who don't believe
I want to try out for american ninja warrior in a years time
The improvements in my strength. I also take pictures and seeing my progress helps as well.
I was diagnosed with high blood pressure 4 years ago. That was a big wake up call to start training and improve my diet. My blood pressure is now back down to normal and my motivation is to keep it that way. I also enjoy keeping in shape, so why give up something I like? The occasional compliment on my physique gives me a big thrill, especially as I am 54 years old!
