Whenever I eat a meal I get bloated :| and my portion sizes are already pretty small...and I drink at least a litre of water a day...any suggestions to take this horrible feeling away? :|

Have you ever heard of pu-erh tea? Drinking it about 20 minutes after a meal speeds digestion and reduces bloating. Also, the bloating may be caused by a food allergy. Do you eat a lot of dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, or eggs?
