I had loss weight.... But now I'm falling... I gained weight & I'm eating all this sugars & carbs like crazy Dx I need help!! I can just throw them away because my family will get mad :/ what should I do?

When ever you feel like you want to eat those junk food do things to stay busy . Go for a walk or just keep on drinking water . Your family should help too they should not allow you to eat sugars, just ask them for help

I wish :\ they buy all the sugar things & keep them out so I could see them >,>

My wife and I just started our workout and lifestyle change to get fit. We are finding that taking in a gallon of water each day really gives one a full feeling. For desert we switched to fruit like frozen blueberries. When we want to eat a pizza or go binging we go for walks. Today when I wanted to eat junk food I did the 2minute elbow plank challenge. My abs felt so tight I didn't want to eat.
