Getting back on track
My wife and I just started our workout and lifestyle change to get fit. We are finding that taking in a gallon of water each day really gives one a full feeling. For desert we switched to fruit like frozen blueberries. When we want to eat a pizza or go binging we go for walks. Today when I wanted to eat junk food I did the 2minute elbow plank challenge. My abs felt so tight I didn't want to eat.
