Shoulder workout.

Anyone know of a good shoulder workout to build muscle, in particularly to isolate muscle groups to get more uniformity.

Shoulder presses with dumbells and weight bar. Butterflies while standing or lying on back(more resistant bc of the gravity)Reverse presses on an incline bench with your front side facing incline bench instead of your back. Boxing with dumbells(sound crazy) but hey it works :-)

Thanks Shanna for the ideas! I'm not sure how many muscle groups make up the shoulder. But I'm pretty new to working out. Thanks for your helpful insight.
