Today i had a cheat day and think i had 10k + calories today hanging out with friends and feel sick that i ate that much now, feel like i cant get on my diet again

Man I did the same thing yesterday but it's not that bad you just have to push yourself extra hard on your workout and continue on your diet.

Man I know how you feel. Grandma had Sunday dinner today. That fried chicken tasted good going down but it flipped my stomach upside down. I guess because I haven't ate anything fried for 6 months now. But I tell never again.

One workout won't make you get abs. One cheat day won't make you fat, just make sure you get back to eating healthy and working out.
