Which do u prefer? I knew a female fitness model that couldnt eat oatmeal for bfast bc by the time lunch time came her thighs were bigger due to oatmeal sticking to her thighs now she eats Quinoa. Ive ate 2 bowls of plain oatmeal today..it doesnt do anything to me so far but everytime i eat oatmeal i think of what it does to the fitness model. Has anyone ever experienced that??
I just eat oatmeal it has no effect on me,none that I know of anyway :p. Her thighs become bigger by lunch ROFL
I love quinoa its so good especially with chopped onions bell peppers olives and feta cheese.

Both!! I know people have different motivations for health and fitness, but I am a firm believer that you nourish the inside of your body properly and whatever happens on the outside is what it is.
Both are good for you, though don't buy any prepackaged individual portion oatmeals. Far too many additives and sugars.
For oatmeal, I do a blend of thick rolled oats and steel cut oats in a blend of almond milk and water. I add a tsp of maple syrup or dried fruit, and nuts when I'm in the mood. Super filling, super satisfying and yummy.
Quinoa, to me, is a lunch/dinner thing.
