Regained th weight

About two weeks ago before I went on vacation I weighed in at 144. I'm now back from my trip and 150. I've been working out since May to even get to that point. I even had a month pause on exercise and continued to lose weight. 5 care free days in the US and I put back every pound. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but my body stores fat in the strangest\worst places. I feel like I've done all of that work for nothing and I feel its going to be harder to lose what I've lost in the first place. I'm so disappointed.

Happened to me too but a week later I am back where I am. Most of it is probably not fat. It is water weight and carbs. I came back from a 7day vacation at the be beach and 8 extra pounds came with me. It's been about a week and a couple days and I am back to where I was after vacation. Just make sure you get right back to what you where doing before. All that work wasn't for nothing. It was so that you could enjoy that mc Donald's and dinner out without worrying to much.
