About two weeks ago before I went on vacation I weighed in at 144. I'm now back from my trip and 150. I've been working out since May to even get to that point. I even had a month pause on exercise and continued to lose weight. 5 care free days in the US and I put back every pound. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but my body stores fat in the strangest\worst places. I feel like I've done all of that work for nothing and I feel its going to be harder to lose what I've lost in the first place. I'm so disappointed.
