for some reason im always out of energy it makes it hard to stay motivated. Any thoughts?

Are you eating enough carbs? Also try vitamin B-12...how many cals are you eating daily? If your not getting enoug you will be tired and lack energy

Not sure i dont track my cals or carbs closely. I take a one a day vitamin but my job is very physical and starting p90x i think i may need something a little more athletic oriented perhaps

Your diet may have something to do with it then. I know keeping track of your diet is such a hassle, but it really helps to know what you are putting in and getting out of it. Myfitnesspal.com makes it pretty easy to keep track, you should definitely try it out if you haven't already.
