Trying to get healthy, lose weight

I'm the heaviest I've ever been right now, and not even as fit as i used to be. I weight 215 and I'm only 5'4". I'd like to lose 50 lbs to reduce stress on my knees and back and get strong for work and life. I'm also not too humble to admit that just like anyone else I want to look good too. I'd like to have made considerable progress by January first. Can it be done? I'm looking for any tips or suggestions anyone has for staying on track, getting results the right way, etc :)

Definitely keep up with using Skimble. There are tons of quick workouts to get in at anytime. For me, i follow alot of the recipes in a magazine called Oxygen. Its all fitness and clean eating. Now i dont eat clean all the time but I will usually incorprate more fruits amd veggies in all of my meals. If i over indulge in a certain food i keep it pushing the rest of the day, meaning i still will eat something healthy and get a workout in regardless of what i ate earlier. Just dont go too crazy with...
