I wonder what the correlation between exercise and constipation. ...
Coz when I work out I feel constipated most of the times ??

Could be your diet. Eating really heavy foods can cause it.
Yeah I think... where m fr food is really unhealthy. .. lots of oil...

Exactly m lactose intolerant. . . Means hard to digest milk n milk products. .. so I personally avoid it...
Just drink milk tea or mango smoothie. . .
More fruits and vegetables (with natural fiber) will help both your body and your poo!
