I wonder what the correlation between exercise and constipation. ...
Coz when I work out I feel constipated most of the times ??
Is it just me (psychological) or there is something wrong with eating habits .... help plz...

Could be your diet. Eating really heavy foods can cause it.

But one more thing... that when I eat too much ... shit comes easily. .. :p
M the kind if person who think of some disease and I feel it comes to me the very instant. .. maybe its just on my head

Are you eating your foods at regular times? Also may be slow down and chew. I notice when I'm hungry I just want to savor the test and eat quick then I realize I'm bloated, full and well nothing happens the next morning lol

Haha... yeah this may be the case...  and u know our desi foods. ..

I dont feel the enough push in the morning. .. lol.. if u know wat I mean

Ya I know what you mean. It's the worst feeling when you feel full and nothing...it's like are you kidding me??

Are you allergic to any milk products? 

From what I've learned is that the body gets rid of stuff what it doesn't need. So, the leftover gets turns into fat. That's why complex carbs like whole grains is better.

Then there's dried plums or prunes. They don't taste good but hey they do the job. I believe there's also prune juice available depending where you are.

Exactly m lactose intolerant. . . Means hard to digest milk n milk products. .. so I personally avoid it...
Just drink milk tea or mango smoothie. . .

I don't know..may be tea and smoothies are the culprit. Being lactose intolerant really limits you :/

May be dahi or Greek yogurt or any yogurt whichever has the lowest amount of lactose in it may help. 

Is lactose free milk available?
