Keeping your body active is always healthier than not doing anything at all.
i have the same as you, i can eat what i want but i dont get fat.
(tip: u wont get fatter but from the inside u will get fatter so dont eat unlimited fast food etc or u will get problems with u heart etc later) u probably wont get thinner. i also trained and i only toned up
I was like you. Hell, still am. Made everyone jealous when I was eating my Mcdonalds and taco Bell and junk food and never once made the scale flinch. You're so young and its so easy to think "screw it I'll eat healthy when I start gaining weight" but what you do now will affect your future. Diabetes, stroke and heart disease are definately not worth it! If you keep active your metabolism will stay pretty consistent. Plus. You won't get any thinner, you'll get more tone and look better :)
