Is exercising good for me?

I am 14 years old if you're wondering. I eat a lot of food everyday, and I'm too lazy to exercise, but I don't get fat at all. My body is really thin! I know it sounds weird but it's true. I really wanna start exercising, but I wanna know how it will affect me. Will it make me thinner? Will it make my body look bigger? Will it be better for me to exercise or not???

i have the same as you, i can eat what i want but i dont get fat.
(tip: u wont get fatter but from the inside u will get fatter so dont eat unlimited fast food etc or u will get problems with u heart etc later) u probably wont get thinner. i also trained and i only toned up

You probably have a fast metabolism that's why you can't gain weight easily. One thing you can't run away from is  cholesterol. As you get to your 20's your metabolic rate slows down. Keep moving!

I was like you. Hell, still am. Made everyone jealous when I was eating my Mcdonalds and taco Bell and junk food and never once made the scale flinch. You're so young and its so easy to think "screw it I'll eat healthy when I start gaining weight" but what you do now will affect your future. Diabetes, stroke and heart disease are definately not worth it! If you keep active your metabolism will stay pretty consistent. Plus. You won't get any thinner, you'll get more tone and look better :)

Absolutely! Get that body up and get at it! Just like you were told, bad cholesterol is hard to get away from if you eat like crap and don't workout, no matter how thin you are. Thin doesn't mean healthy kiddo! :-)
