I always think of the Now. I won't wait for tomorrow. I wake up a little earlier can I fit in 10 minutes or an hour. Do a quick stretch sporadically through the day. Again before I sleep if I ran in the morning I do a 10 min. If not do my hour then. Just fo it for yourself don't wait for anyone.
But don't forget to love yourself girl! And do what's the best for you, not what people say what u must do here. Some people need it to don't eat junkfood at all anymore, but if I'm that hard for myself I think fuck it and not motiviting anymore. So please do what's the best for YOU. You def will motivated longer :-) Good luck with it!!
