I have just started working out again. I am determined to get to 160. I am now 185. My problem is staying motivated. Id like to know everyones goals and what keeps you motivated. And if you set a deadline.

I set a time frame, but also try no to be too hard on myself. Being a woman our bodies and hormones aren't always in sync. I also try to focus on 10lbs at a time and not the whole number. I was 182 when I started skimble. Which was back in June or July, I'm almost 169...my body is hanging on to the 170's for some reason. But I'm trying to push through. It's hard to not get frustrated with slow or back sliding weight, but I try to remember this is a life long battle. I've lost and...

Thanx. Ive been to 155 before but got pregnant and gained like 80 lbs. I used to take diet pills when I work out. I thought of doing it again. That way I have some help. Im from a family of big people on both sides. Im not trying to be like that.

I'm a mom to 7 kids, the last of which are twins, and they were huge 6'11 and 7'10..

2 yrs ago I was on a healthy meal plan and got down to 137, felt great but missed sugar and thought I was strong than it. It was around the holidays and I ended up putting on the 30+lbs some :( 

So I'm starting over hopefully for the last time. 

We will get there...;)

Wow they are tall. Lol. I just gain weight. Ive always been between 175 and 200. Always. Im trying to break it and get to where I wanna be. And good luck with ur goals. I hope u reach them.

Haha that was their birth weight, sorry.. Lol they are only 5.5 yrs old, :)
