I have just started working out again. I am determined to get to 160. I am now 185. My problem is staying motivated. Id like to know everyones goals and what keeps you motivated. And if you set a deadline.
Thanx. Ive been to 155 before but got pregnant and gained like 80 lbs. I used to take diet pills when I work out. I thought of doing it again. That way I have some help. Im from a family of big people on both sides. Im not trying to be like that.
Wow they are tall. Lol. I just gain weight. Ive always been between 175 and 200. Always. Im trying to break it and get to where I wanna be. And good luck with ur goals. I hope u reach them.
