I've come down with something...just have a sore throat...and I only got 10min of light working out before breakfast...
Breakfast: cup of muesli with fat free milk
Lunch: 1/2 cup chinese veg soup, 3 pork dumplings and some chicken chow mein
My mom and sister suggested I have some natural low fat frozen yogurt to help with my sore throat so I was about one scoop I'd say...and now I feel guilty because I haven't worked out...I need some suggestions on workouts I can do...also is it okay what I ate today? ._. I don't normally eat chinese takeout and is frozen yogurt okay?...

Yes the food is ok u dont have to starve yourself as for workoutr do a few easy ones anywork is goodwork
21 Aug's just cause I feel I picked up weight...and honestly I hate my stomach right I want to starve myself and just die in a hole...but yeah...
