Hey everyone, I really need some motivational friends because I'm losing my motivation. I can only go to the gym once or twice a week so does anyone know any good workouts that target fat? Thank you!!

Try some HIIT training (high intensity interval training) and high intensity full body resistance workouts. Keep your rest times short and bring it as hard as you can!

HIIT is the way to go, doesn't need to be long, just need to go hard and fast. Minimize rest and max effort

As soon as you start the workout, you,ll get going just make it simple and JUST HIT PLAY. When it's over you'll be happy you did it and feel good
