Kale, cucumber, celery, green apples, and lemon, and ginger. You can research the recipe to find other alternatives to add if you don't like some of the original ingredients. It's at great detoxing juice.

Mean green is still my all time favorite! Juicing is so under appreciated, especially by hardcore male lifters!
