Hello. I am 17 years old and I am doing my first 5k run on September 21st. I need some help preparing for it though. I found out just a few months ago that I have a sport induces asthma so I have to deal with that along with the fact that I'm not much of a runner. But this 5 k is for a cause I am really into and grateful for so I feel as if I need to do it. What are some tips that ya'll can give to me? I have access to a treadmill and open non busy roads.
