Depending on what your desirable body shape is, you would adjust your workout accordingly. Try walking and jogging more often while doing lunges and etc to lean out the maximus. Good luck with reaching your goals, if not a lot people like pears.
I'm pear as well. I bike 3-4 times a week, and also do strength 3 times a week. I alternate abs one day, chest/arms/shoulders/back the next, and the last day i do legs/butt. I try to do a lot of push ups/chest exercises to try to make my chest more defined, obviously you can't make your breasts grow without surgery, but i hope it will make me feel a little more evened out. I also do a lot of squats and lunges with weights/leg workouts, since my bottom half is always going to be bigger, why not work to make it look great?
