Is it ok to do light workouts even if ur sick?

If you're throwing up don't workout.  If you just have a running nose, cough, or sore throat go for it.

Its always good to SWEAT OUT when your sick from like a cold or flu but if its stomach related I wouldnt trust it.

If your stomach feels bad dont do anything just relax. But if its just like a basic cold go for it but light exercises only
