Hey everyone l need help . I have no ump to do any. I need to get my life back. I have moderate depression which I take meds for but I have no joy in life anymore. Anyone that is my age 45 that is suggestions please help

So sorry you are going through this. Exercise is known as a natural antidepressant. Once you get the motivation to start, you should notice a difference in the way you feel. I have anxiety/panic attacks, which I take medicine for.. but working out really has helped! I had no motivation to workout, but once I started I didn't want to miss a day, because it made me feel so great! Good luck, and you CAN do it!!! Think positive! ((Hugs))

Also, maybe finding a workout buddy might help, and you can motivate each other :-)
