Ok well im new to this app and what not but I really need help losing my tummy and toning up. Im 21 and I weigh 134 ... everyone says 125 is too much weight gone but thats how much I was pre pregnancy I really wanna lose my stomach... blahhhhhh
Theres a lot of toning challenges...also...watch what you eat too...5-6 small health meals will boost your metabolism.. then do some abs exercises, and power walks with your baby....keeps you in shape and the baby happy too...
Eat clean first! Can't get rid of fat with just exercising, got to eat all natural, healthy foods too!
