Hi everyone ..whats the best healthy breakfast to keep me going? Jilly

It depends on the amount of exercise you're going to do before. As a general rule breakfast has to be a complete meal full of protein (milk,eggs, cheese....) carbohidrates with low IG (whole wheat cereals) and some fruit. Enjoy your breakfast. (Non fat food such as bacon ....)

I've found that juicing in the morning helps me sooooo much with energy, but sometimes I go for oatmeal with nuts and dates. If I have a juice, I always have a second small breakfast (usually a whole grain cereal with no more than 4 grams of sugar, preferably 1 gram) a couple of hours later.
