Need help getting motivated!

I found it helps to follow some of the people on hear and get into conversations or just have them like your workouts and it really helps to keep you going.

I've been using this app since January of this year and its pretty motivating seeing people's results as well as getting advice like ↑↑↑ said it helps to follow and get followed so you can see what people are doing and they can also cheer YOU on ☺ its a really friendly app. Ask for advice/workouts/and other things and people are always really helpful. Hope you find your motivation!

Today I ran 5.5 miles at a slight increase. Feeling amazing, besides I'm craving sweets now. Help!
