. Frustrated.. trying to get my abs back together ..and work on my arms... Any motivators out there?!?!?!?!

Work hard and youll get there. It takes time.

Here is how i look at it. You can always push yourself for one more. Whether push up,sit up,pull ups, or runs. You can always do one more push up or run one more mile. The only thing standing between you and your goal is that "one more time"

This is true. I am the only one standing in my way. It's just so hard to stay on track ... Seems like I have a lot of demotivators around me telling me I look fine and blah blah.. I may only be 5ft 100lbs but I have barely any tone.. and I don't want to be one of those "fat" skinny girls.
