Trying to Loose weight but at the same time keep my curves/stay thick and toned

Any suggestions?

What to eat?
Does incline on the treadmill make a difference?

etc.

Do toning workouts in the places that you want to stay curvy to build muscle there for at least 30 mins every other day. Also, eat 90% fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts along with 10% meat and sugar each day and you'll be healthy and fit :) I hope I helped! And of course, feel free to have a cheat meal every once in a while.
