Need motivation to continue

So sometimes I really wanna lose belly fat and get a toned six pack, but after a day or so I lose any motivation and just stop. Any ideas?

For me i just added it to my schedule that everyday at 6pm i work out. Also everytime i find myself say watching tv or not doing anything. Working out comes to mind. So its just being disciplined and how much you want that 6 pack bruv
