Nobody stays motivated year after year :) those who exercise time after time, are people who have figured out that it is all about habits. You just got to do your workouts even if you don't feel it. They know exercising isn't always funny or makes you feel good (for example after being sick when you do your first workout.. It's just painful :D), but that good feeling comes back after a while. They know by doing their workouts as scheduled they'll be happy with themself afterwards. They know that that lazy, tired feeling you have some times goes away when you just start doing your thing :)
So forget all that motivation -shit. You can't keep always motivated, but you just got to keep going on.
