I'm a size 8 but I want to tone up and lose my "puppy fat" any ideas will try anything literally need help :(
Running... Start from 1 mile.. And increase according to your comfortability... take supper..
Swimming can be a very nice option.. Otherwise cycling or Try running up and down some stadium stairs.

Try swoops. Something similar to bird dog ans stretch your hamstring.

HIIT. Pay attention to inches as well as weight. I weigh more but am smaller now. Size 3 but weigh 135...
The best way to tone any body part is through resistance and stability training, not through machines. Machines move in one plane of motion and therefore dictact the muscle movement. By getting off the machines and doing the same exercise in a different way, you will get better, faster results. For example, do a lunge stepping onto a stability cushion, do one legged squats, take a resistance tube and put it around the arch of your foot with the handles in your hands and kneel down and push that leg back.
Honey...a size 8 is gorgeous :) I'm sure you don't need to drop a size :P You don't need to be a size 0 to be beautiful :) Plus you're already soo pretty :0 but I understand that you would like to lose that extra bit :) Cardio really helps :P How is your eating?
Urm I only normally eat one meal a day and thats dinner then will snack on fruit or something I can't really eat that much
