I can't get myself to get up an work out need someone to motivate me any help?

You have to find your inner strength and make yourself when I started a year ago I had the same problem

I was just wondering how old a man has to be to need to be kicked off the couch by a woman.

My take: if you quit smoking, it might be a good start. But your mom could have told you that...
