U cant spot reduce. Dnt listen to the bs about avoiding carbs after 7. Meal timing and
frequency is inconsequential.
Lift weights,eat at a 600deficit and do cardio every alt day.

Hi im 13 years old and my i dont feel good about my body, can you tell me about a diet i should be eating and tips, thankz ☺

Take your major carbs from fruits and whole wheat breads or brown rice. Dnt take carbs after 7pm. Eat protein rich diets. Take fats from nuts. Do 30 min of cardio a day and workoutnyour abs and thighs 2 times a week
