I am new at this hoping for some help getting ride of unwanted weight. I have went from 314lbs to 236 with a goal to hit 190. I am now stuck and not lossing any ideas?
Welcome. Simply choose a programme or plan that susits you and is preferably convenient and in no distant time with consistency you'll loose weight.
If you have the time go to the gym, weights are great for building lean muscle which burns fat. If you have some time at home you can never beat push ups, and find a few an routines on here. Best of luck to you
