Lets hear what everone is taking... I go with creatine. Pro sculpt. L carnitine. Extreme 60 protein. Amino acid chews. And fish oil

Pre-workout consists of beta-alanine, whey protein, green tea, n.o., and a wheat bagel. Post workout is Combat Powder whey protein, taurine and creatine monohydrate

I'm doing green tea I've tried other things but it doesn't last its not real after awhile it stop working are you would have to keep taking them in order to stay small hmmm not worth it I rather workout an drink my tea eat healthy an see real results not smoke screen.
