First day using app
Today was my first day using this app. I'm really excited to use it to help reach my weight loss goal. I'm starting at 190 and working for 140. My main issue is staying positive.
You guys can do it! Just start easy an then work up as you get. More cardio vascular endurance. Good luck!!!!
This app is really helpful. It'll provide you with a lot of training programs that'll aid you in reaching your weight goals. Plus support groups that'll motivate you as well

Love this app so far! I use it and wii Zumba. I'm already seeing results with this after almost a week. Lots of helpful people and advice here! Good luck with your goal! It's all about baby steps :)
