Need motivation

I keep trying and trying to stick to my workouts and eating plans, but my motivation never sticks.
Has any one got advice.
I want to keep at it so bad.

Get myfitnesspal app. Track your diet. One day a week have cheat day. And remember to lift/hiit!!!

When ever you are reaching for a food that isn't good for you grab your stomach our what ever part of your body you feel needs the most work and ask do I really need this? Or is there a better choice I could be making? Set up a tine during the day that you HAVE to work out at that day it can change each day to suit your life but make sure you are hitting the gym around that time getting there is half the battle

Whenever ! You feel that ! Your body is not willing to do a workout .. Then straight go infront of the mirror and look at yourself if i leave workout then I wont look good ! I think that should be enough to bring you back to workout !
