Hi everyone. I am 25/f/married. I want to lose half my body weight. I have been overweight my whole life. My husband and i are ttc but i have pcos. My dr told me if i lost weight it would jumpstart my period and get my hormones back in balance. We want to get pregnant soon, but i want to lose weight in a healthy way and be able to keep it off. I want to change my lifestyle. And tips/tricks are appreciated.

I'm in the same situation. Pcos has kicked my a** but now I'm kicking back lol. 30 pounds off and another 50 to go. Just remember it takes time to lose weight so don't give up. It's a lifestyle change not a diet. I eat vegetarian (almost vegan) 5-6 days a week and it works wonders - chocolate is what kills me. Try to work out every day and cardio will help you keep up with the little ones later on too :-)
