Hi everyone. I am 25/f/married. I want to lose half my body weight. I have been overweight my whole life. My husband and i are ttc but i have pcos. My dr told me if i lost weight it would jumpstart my period and get my hormones back in balance. We want to get pregnant soon, but i want to lose weight in a healthy way and be able to keep it off. I want to change my lifestyle. And tips/tricks are appreciated.
