Cardio or strenght training first?

I think strenght training first. How bout you guys which is better to do first?

If you are looking to gain,  muscle definitely first.  The energy systems in the body will be highest and therefore you will be able to lift/ push more weight.  You should still make sure you warm up

Weights !
All day every day but not Tuesdays or Thursdays because they're cardio.

Strenght always first,after 30-60 mins of cardio you lose your energy and then strenght is useless. After strenght some cardio is good for lose some calories and to relax your muscle!!
