Amino or Protein ?

So I heard people take a thing called Amino Acid after sessions but others take protein, so which should I take ?
Where can I find Amino Acid, i couldn't find it in the shops.

I don't mind taking either, but I want to know which would be truly fundamental to my well being, and not just pollute my body.
My goal is to look like The Rock, so should I take protein after my workout or Amino acid ?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

I use both and have for years.... if ur thinking bout it just do both.. I get the amino acids at gnc or any supplement store

Aminos and proteins are the same thing,difference is that proteins must digest through stomach,while aminos goes direct into blood and muscle! Generally aminos are used for defend muscle,when you are on diet and trying to lose fat. Also big difference is in price,aminos are much more expensive...usually whey protein contain 5-10 grams of aminos inside one advice is to use both,dosage and type of aminos depends of your goal...the rock use some other thingsĀ  ;))))
