Amino or Protein ?
Aminos and proteins are the same thing,difference is that proteins must digest through stomach,while aminos goes direct into blood and muscle! Generally aminos are used for defend muscle,when you are on diet and trying to lose fat. Also big difference is in price,aminos are much more expensive...usually whey protein contain 5-10 grams of aminos inside one dose...my advice is to use both,dosage and type of aminos depends of your goal...the rock use some other things ;))))
