I used to weigh 285 and have lost 75 lbs. I weigh 210 now bt cant seem to lose anymore.I need advice on what to do next since I have stopped losing weight and have actually gained a couple pounds back. Any replies or suggestions would be great.

You might want to just concentrate on keeping the lost weight off for now. I suspect the pounds you gained back happened because you lost a lot of weight over a short time period, and you don't take time to get used to your new weight, diet and physical activity before losing some more.

How about just staying active, eating healthy, doing your cardio, not worrying too much about losing weight for now, and then getting back to active weight loss in a month, when your body is more used to the new regimen?

People tend to rebound when they push themselves too hard.

I lost the weight over about a year and a half n I only gained two pounds so i admit I'm being a little hard on myself bt i refuse to let any of this weight cum back! How long shud I stay at this weight before I start trying to lose it again?

You should just concentrate on not gaining weight until you feel in control and ready to lose more weight. Give yourself a breather. Might be a month or two, might be another year. A lot of it depends on your unique situation.

In the mean time, if you do gain, work it off.

This might be a good time to take up a team sport. Two practices per week is fun and easy, and big girls are useful in many team sports. You can work out for it.
