Hey guys just wondering if anyone can recommend any good ab and core workouts? I seem to just be doing the same core and stretches routine and I wanna work other muscles. Please help!
Here are some abs workout that are sure to do the trick....high knees, weighted leg raise, weighted crunches, power jumps, power push ups, oblique twists and 6 inches leg raise hold. If you do not knw how to do these, comment here. Do all of em for 45 seconds each. Then repeat the complete circuit 4 times.
