Hey guys :) how is everyone doing with their health goals? I personally think I wish I could buy my own food so I have more to eat than junk but ya know that doesn't work lol. Anyways what are you struggling with? Were a family were here to support and provide wisdom for each other:) so tell me what's up:) (sorry if this makes no since I've a bad headache)

My late night munchies which ive been trying to improve instead of junk food I have a bag of popcorn

I just got a new job so I didn't find time to go to the gym recently and now I'm stuck at the same weight.but I plan to go back Friday

If you've got time for social media then you have time for it. Do lunges while your on the phone and something else easy while your using social media so that way your still doing something while you wait till the days you can get to the gym to do hard core :)

Well I still do some light training from time to time at my house and I stick to my diet

Yeah, I know what you mean about buying your own food! I just wish I could have a more balanced and healthy diet.
