Im 22, 5'6, and 160 pounds. I would love to get back to 120-130 lbs but I lack motivation/skills. Can anyone help me?! I really want to lose my stomach and tone up more. Any workout suggestions that are light-moderate? Also foods, detox recipes, apps to download, anything will help!
