Doing crunches while eating a donut lol and i wonder why i hvnt seen any results

Sweet, donuts are not in my workout meal plan, but now that I know other people do those babies can come in multiples lolol:)

Incidentally, that little pre-belly of fat around my belly button that I do the crunches for – I call that a donut!
