Hey guys I'm new to this app. I'm 19 yr old n I'm fat ...102 kgs

My main goal is to come down to 75 / 80 kgs... Could any one help me out.

Welcome to the app. For a start you could try to do some casual type of training in the app. Also get rid of all the process food in your house and only eat real food,only drink water and try to workout at least 30 minutes a day.
