Trying to shape up for my wedding in June 2014 . I want to exercise but its just not there.
Wedding is a good motivation to start. If u dont like to excercise just as I did start with a walk for a few mins ea day then increase it by 10 mins ea time. Before u know it it will be habit and then u can implement more exercise routines. Stay positive and think of that beautiful dress u want to wear. Good luck
