After reaching your fitness goals, the challenge is working hard to keep it off. I have spent my life going up and down with weight and now have found a happy balance. It is about taking care of your needs to maintain what you lost. No one else will but YOU. Keep a dairy of your training and before pictures is a great visual of how you once looked! Never give up, never accept defeat, always train hard!
