I just started working out again yesterday and my ribs are soo sore today. idk if it is because I forgot to stretch beforehand or just because I havent worked out in a long time. All I know is it sucks but I have to keep pushing myself!

The pain begins to be worth it..I've had success with doing some yoga workouts before the main ones..give it a try..
