During the whole vacations(6 weeks) i was so motivated. And now I can't even remember why I started. Need motivation

It's not that I stoped it's just, I don't want to anymore.. I totally lost my motivation and it do not seems like anything will change this ;/

You need to plan. You need to write big long term goals and smaller short term goals to get to the bigger goals. Concurrently how your going to do both. This will give you structure, keep you on track, motivate you to reach the short term goals to get to your objective

Leave all things just.......concentrate on the shape of ur body......and the shape of ur body u want to be...just simple as word

Wen u see an improvement in ur body,don jus let it go. Just keep at it. Ull get better n after 3 weeks wen u look back ull have tat smile on ur face. Keep it goin girl !!! If I can do,u can definitely do.

Sarah - what I do when I lose motivation is ask , yself "why did I start this process"? The other thing that I do is keep a skinny pic of me on my tablet home screen so that when I lose motivation, I can remind myself of my goal.

I don't need to lose weight. I only want to get some muscles and keep my body in shape. I don't remember why I started that's the problem..

Everyone loses their motivation sometimes it's normal. For me workouts or simply running is the best way to get rid of the tension stress to leave all your troubles behind, outrun them. Don't focus too much on the lack of motivation it's pointless:)
