I mix with almond milk. Unsweetened :) Lower calories, rich in calcium; without the heaviness of cows milk.

I add protein to my smoothies. Just add fruit and light juice.

Thanks lol I knew that one but fruit wise whats good to go together. I cant drink too much milk I throw up.. lol.

Maybe a bannana but realyy 8 0z of milk is not alot , however you should try it in water but i doudt you would like it

Hey! I drink a shake or two a day and have a ginormous book full of recipes :) one of my favorites though is as follows:

2 scoops low or non-fat Greek yogurt (I usually go with plain and no added sugar)
1/4 cup each frozen blue berries,    strawberries, and raspberries 
1/2 cup low-fat milk (I use skim lactaid due to a lactose and soy allergy)
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
3 ice cubes

7 ice cubes, chocolate soy milk, scoop of whole grains, blueberry Greek yogurt, one banana, peanut butter with honey, and a scoop of whey protein. Add frozen berries and a scoop of mint chocolate ice cream if you want for the best shake of your life. The last 2 ingredients are totally optional, but totally worth it.

Oh, and blend it in a blender. All that crap probably would not be as good if you didn't
