I started my weight loss journey a year ago September 4, 2012. I have lost 50 pounds and feel fantastic. I have taken on running,strength toning and max sets to challenge my body. I strive to continue to challenge my body so it won't go into autopilot. I challenge you to shake up your routine! So what are you doing to trick your body so you can continue to achieve results....
